Banana chips

Ingredients:
 Green banana
 Salt
 Oil
 Chaat masala
 Grated ginger
 Red chilli powder

 Method :

1.Peel off the bananas.
2.Microwave for 2 min or steam it for 5 min.
3.Cut into thin slices.
4.Let it dry and refrigerate for one hour.
5.Heat oil in a pan, add some turmeric powder and grated
   ginger.
6.Add banana and fry at medium heat to make crispy.
7.Sprinkle chilli powder,chaat masala and salt on it.
